After consulting 5 different roofing companies, we have decided to task Gradus and their team of incredible workers with the goal to renovate our bitumen flat roof and cement tile roof. They have given us a good offer with much back and forward due to thinking of choosing a green roof (with plants) instead of bitumen and we received great consultation from Gradus about this. Ultimately we have choosen for a regular bitumen roof and cement roof tiles plus an extra layer of superfoil insulation on the tile roof. The process was quick, well documented and clearly communicated. Gradus took care of organizing everything needed and it was a blessfull hands off experience for us. Our solar panels were taken off the roof and placed back in coordination with Gradus and even the CV-exhaust was arranged for us.
5/5 would recommend Gradus and their team with anything roofs! Check it out for yourself in the pictures attached. The original roof was from ~1975
