Unfortunately, I must say that I am very disappointed with the overall result. I specifically contacted your company and requested assistance with a deep cleaning, as I wanted to ensure that the property would be thoroughly cleaned and left in excellent condition. However, the service that was provided fell significantly short of my expectations.
After the cleaning was completed, it was evident that many areas had either not been cleaned properly or had only received a very superficial cleaning. One of the most noticeable issues was that the windows were not cleaned at all, despite them being an important part of the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property. In addition, several surfaces, corners, and other areas still appeared dusty or dirty, giving the impression that a thorough deep cleaning had not actually been performed.
What disappointed me most is that I specifically sought professional help because I wanted a level of cleaning that would be difficult to achieve on my own. I expected attention to detail and a comprehensive cleaning of the property, but unfortunately this was not reflected in the final result. The condition of the house after the cleaning did not justify what I would normally consider a professional deep-cleaning service.
I appreciate the time spent by the cleaning team, and I understand that cleaning standards can sometimes be subjective. However, in this case, the difference between the service requested and the service delivered was significant. As a customer, I do not feel that the agreed objective of performing a deep cleaning was achieved.
